Our office is at 118 Lexey Crescent, Wakerley QLD 4159 — about 18 minutes from our office. Alexandra Hills clients meet us there by appointment with on-site parking, or work with us entirely by phone, email and secure video. Returns are signed electronically either way.

The same as everywhere we work: from $150 for an individual return with standard deductions, $250–$450 with investments or a rental property, from $350 for sole traders and from $900 for companies and trusts. Fixed and quoted in writing before we start — see the full fee schedule.

Any time from mid-July, once employer and bank data has pre-filled. Earlier is better if you expect a refund; if you expect a bill, lodging through us defers the due date to as late as 15 May. Preparation takes about 48 hours once we have everything, so late-season lodgers aren't disadvantaged — but late June planning conversations have to happen before 30 June.
